Keystone Wallet marked my order as “delivered” — but I never received it. Support closed my case with no resolution.

Hey everyone, just wanted to share a disappointing experience with Keystone Wallet. I ordered a seed phrase storage device from them and never received it. The courier marked the package as “delivered,” but I confirmed with my condo’s security and parcel room — nothing was ever delivered. I contacted Keystone Support immediately and got vague replies saying they were investigating. A few days later, they closed the support ticket claiming I hadn’t responded (which is false — I did multiple times). Support ticket refs: #KEYS-25194 and #KEYS-25233 Twitter thread with screenshots: https://x.com/ValeJeya/status/1922590130616816121 They’ve yet to provide: Any proof of delivery A clear timeline or explanation A refund or replacement This is a Bitcoin security product, not some random gadget. It’s concerning that they’ve handled it this poorly. If you're considering buying from them, just be aware — support has been slow, dismissive, and unreliable in my experience. Would appreciate advice from anyone who’s dealt with similar issues — or from anyone at Keystone reading this. submitted by /u/Ok-Excitement-6413 [link] [comments]

They’ve yet to provide:

Any proof of delivery

A clear timeline or explanation

A refund or replacement

This is a Bitcoin security product, not some random gadget. It’s concerning that they’ve handled it this poorly. If you're considering buying from them, just be aware — support has been slow, dismissive, and unreliable in my experience.

Would appreciate advice from anyone who’s dealt with similar issues — or from anyone at Keystone reading this.
