Zaggle posts record Rs 1,302 Cr revenue in FY25, PAT doubles

Fintech platform Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services on Monday delivered a strong performance in the fourth quarter ended March 2025, with a significant jump in both net profit and revenue.

The company posted a 67% rise in net profit to Rs 32 crore for the fourth quarter, as compared to a net profit of Rs 19.2 crore in the year-ago period, Zaggle said in a regulatory filing.

During the quarter under review, the company's operating revenue jumped 50% to Rs 411.4 crore compared to Rs 273.4 crore a year ago.

For the full year FY25, Zaggle delivered its strongest financial performance to date, with revenue rising 68% to Rs 1,302.6 crore from Rs 775.6 crore in FY24. Net profit (PAT) for the year nearly doubled, growing 98.7% to Rs 87.5 crore from Rs 44 crore in the previous year.

The company added over 400 new enterprise clients in FY25, taking its total to 3,455 corporate customers.

Revenue growth was supported by deeper wallet share from existing clients through integrated SaaS + card solutions, as well as new partnerships (e.g., Google, Thomas Cook, Indus Towers, Tech Mahindra, Siemens, and PhysicsWallah).

Platform-led recurring SaaS and program fee revenues now contribute over 70% of Zaggle’s top line. Propel (rewards) and Save (expense management) were key contributors.

“This year has been exceptional with our highest yearly performance ever. FY25 revenues have surpassed our guidance, crossing the Rs 13,000 million mark and achieving a 68.0% year-on-year growth. Also, our PAT at Rs 874.8 million was almost double that of last year," Zaggle Chairman Raj P Narayanam said.

"This combination of high growth and strong profitability is a clear sign of the longevity of our business model and discipline in execution. We recorded our highest ever performance for the third time in a row, with a topline of Rs 411.45 crore a 50.5% YoY growth and PAT of Rs 31.96 crore a 66.8% YoY growth," Narayanam added.

The company projects organic FY26 topline growth to range between 35% and 40%.
