What is a crypto job?!....I need help guys..

I am in a rough situation. I have been in the cryptocurrency space for almost 8 years now. I learnt how to trade, I understand the tech, and my knowledge is very extensive when it comes to DeFi. I even launched a couple of projects (non of them are rugs before you ask), in which one of them was a successful staking protocol. I am also a decent trader (manually) and have a few already funded futures accounts, and even worked as head of marketing for a meme coin called Venko.tech and literally the second I left them they tanked. However, I am tired...I am burned out now by working alone and being the person that "makes" everything from scratch + the market now is painful causing some damage financially and mentally. Therefore I want to work for a company, I really want a 9 to 5, I am done with what I am doing, at least for now...However whenever I apply for ANY crypto related job, I always get rejected...not even rejected, I dont get a response... I believe this is because I dont have a related qualification such as a finance or tech degree, I do however have a master degree in civil engineering and worked as a cost manager for 6 years....and yet I am never landing a job. My question here is, what should I do? Do I really need to study to get a qualification even though I have the experience? Ok, even if I am to study...what am I even studying? Learning coding? Getting a finance degree from scratch? I can very easily get back to my construction job, but the last thing I want is to go back to job I hate after building up the experience all these years... I dont want to leave web3, I just want to be part of something big and work normal human hours. I am exhausted and I need help guys...Appreciate all your answers. submitted by /u/kkeshta [link] [comments]
