Bitcoin goes from $4k to $65k from 2020-2021 and nobody bats a second eye about a crack up boom, but now gold goes up a measly 30% over the past half year and people (goldbugs especially) are crying that the sky is falling and the world is about to collapse? Like wasn’t the whole point of owning gold to enjoy this gold bull run, yet they’re terrified of it? Make it make sense. This is further proof that Bitcoin is Hope. People actually hold Bitcoin because they are hopeful of the future and optimistic about what tomorrow brings.
