What are the Tax Payer budget Neutral Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Buying options, other than those listed below? ⁠Civil forfeiture; Seizing more bitcoin including those holdings from people trying to use it to evade taxes ⁠Accepting government payments/fines/taxes in Bitcoin “Printing” money to buy Bitcoin would presumably not cost the tax payer (well directly anyway!) ⁠Mining bitcoin with excess unutilised energy sources like Bhutan have been doing ⁠Selling other confiscated assets from crime (crypto and non crypto) for bitcoin Using some of the existing 39 billion dollars of emergency financial funds … AKA the Exchange Stabilization Fund (ESF) which is a financial tool at the disposal of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
