Blockchain holding my funds hostage
For more than 1 year, my Blockchain.com account has been restricted. I can only log in but can't trade or do anything significant. The reason is verification. They requested verification documents, which were sen't (just ID and adress, nothing serious was asked) and now it is just stucked on "we have received your information." And that it will only take 60 sec. I have opened several tickets, but I am just being ignored when asking for updates and creating new tickets; the support member just answers that I will get an update soon. I am sure they would fix such an important issue by now if it is a system issue, and they can manually approve if they want. Is there anything I can do?
