Blockchain.com funds sent via 3rd party platform?
My dad called me on April 1st (unfortunately not an April fools joke) to tell me that his balance was $0. This was in a defi wallet on blockchain.com that I helped him setup. We can see the transaction that was sent. We questioned support on why there was no email to verify the login that occured, or an email to tell him when funds are sent and I'll put their response below. I didn't know you could even do this, they used another app to send his funds? Can someone confirm this isn't a complete BS answer. I know we cannot get these funds back but trying to prevent anything like this happening in the future and also confirm this isn't some shady shit going on with blockchain.
